Headquarter offices for Portland Brown

Very much a locally centred business, Portland Brown bought a rundown shop and workspace in the heart of Bristol for their own headquarters. Continuing our work in creating practical and sustainable workspaces from existing buildings, the practice was involved in preparing schematic options for the use of the space, wholly occupied by the business or partially sublet.

The building is a 1950's industrial space -heavy concrete structure under a northlight roof. The client followed through our proposal with their interior fitout -keeping the character of the existing building to create an 'über-cool' space for their staff to work in.
