Photography Studio and Workspaces, Bristol
We were engaged to renovate a semi derelict warehouse in Backfields Lane for as a photographers studio (at the rear) and a retro computer games club (at the front). Downstairs the proposals included a storage area and a further studio workspace.
The building was in a poor state and the proposal was to convert into a clean, modern workspace on a tight budget. The tight site gave some issues of access which were resolved by a scaffold bridge over the lane to facilitate the installation of the new roof.
