Annex in Redland
Design of a substantial modern two bedroom annex to a Victorian House in a conservation area. The proposal created two new bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a fabulous new kitchen.
The site was tricky with boundary walls on two sides and the existing building on a third, leaving only the garden aspect. This directed the design to face the very private front garden.
The external elevations are clad in fibre cement and the flat roof houses a sedum roof sedum roof.
The master bedroom enjoys a private space looking out on to the outdoor jacuzzi and the kitchen opens up fully on to a paved outdoor dining room.
The spectacular garden is a key feature -find out more about it at http://ninasgarden.co.uk/index.php/portfolio/a-large-country-garden
