New Street Plymouth

Ten flats for Tamar Housing Association constructed on a tight site within the narrow streets of the Barbican conservation area of Plymouth.

The elevations include stone and render with brick arches, in keeping the surrounding buildings. Overhanging bay windows and juliet balconies are redolent of the mediaeval harbour environment.
